Business Units

Overview

The Business Unit in a CRM system organizes and manages operations based on criteria such as geographical location or business unit. It allows tracking of customer interactions, product management, and performance metrics at the business unit level. Integrated with other CRM features, the Business Unit helps manage customer relationships and make data-driven decisions in a large or complex business.
