Articles

Overview

The Articles module in a CRM platform is used to hold and present information to system users. It can contain guides on how to perform system specific or company specific actions. Articles are presented and easily accessible in the Help Center object in your system. They can be organized by category, department, and more. Create and use Articles to easily distribute internal information to your system users.
