Assets

Overview

The Assets module in a CRM system tracks products and services per customer. It provides a view of any customer's purchase history, product information and pricing, and usage tracking. It also enables upselling and cross-selling, and customer satisfaction tracking. Integrated with other CRM features, the Assets module helps manage customer relationships and product sales.
