The name of the file uploaded will be encoded and then used as the name of the file in your system. This means many special characters used may be encoded. For example, any spaces in your file name will appear in the system as %20, so that "New contract.pdf" will read "New%20contract.pdf". For this reason, it's recommended to rename your file before uploading it to a name with only alphanumeric characters.
